It's a little chilly here for a garden... there's like 5 inches of snow on the ground and its barely gotten above freezing in the past week.

I have a garden every year. Potatoes ,peppers, tomatoes, watermelons and pumpkins . But it's 13 outside and snowy sooo I don't have a thing planted right now. Nothing like fresh garden salsa. Wife wants a bigger garden this year though . I think imbgoing to till up another 15x15 plot and do a few more things this year . Garlic and corn. Also planning on planting a few berry vines

the first time i tried planting a garden i just went out and bought a bunch of seed packets then tried to plant them all in about a 8x16 raised bed garden. I got some stuff but it just turned out looking like a giant bush lol filled full of random things poking out in places

gardening is a fun little hobby. a couple years ago i had some mammoth sunflowers that were about 7 ft tall. that was pretty awesome until the squirrels started hanging all over them eating seeds lol. Sunflowers are y favorite thing to grow though by far
