I checked out functional MRI scans as well as PET scans of known psychopaths and drug user's of all kind.

I have found similarity in brain activity, which is related to psychopathy in a number of drug users.

I know which long-term drug use is associated with the brainchemistry of a psychopath. There is a very clear association among a few drugs to psychopathy.
I don't know whether these drugs seem to encourage the development of a brainchemistry a psychopath has, or whether psychopaths are
just naturally drawn to these types of drugs. In other words I don't know in which the causal direction goes.

In order to not influence your comments, I do not want to say which drugs are associated to psychopathy.

I'd like to know if anyone has some guesses or experiences???

(Of course while a drug is in the system we can see psychopathic behavior frequently, but my focus here is the long-term effect of certain drugs.
How does long-term intake of a drug change a person, not how a particular drug changes the person in the moment while he's high.)

Im pretty sure long term use of meth can cause psychotic behaviour

Well even short term meth usage can cause someone to not get sleep for days at a time. I don't know if it is "psychotic behavior", but people do crazy shit when they haven't slept in a long time.

some drugs naturally have the tendency to alter the brain chemistry to one similar of a psychopath, hallucinogens are infamously known to put users into brief psychotic states. I've read a book about neuroscience and it suggests neurons that fire together wire together, by that logic long term psychosis drug use can definitely influence, nurture or bring upon psychotic behaviour

long term drug use = alteration of natural brain function, of course may cause psychopathic behavior.

And im guessing the drugs are not lsd and shrooms (because your pineal gland is supposedly a producer of mdmt, wich causes hallucinogens, although with shrooms/lsd you get a much more intense sensation of it, after saying this lsd and shrooms and other psychoactive drugs also might have an influence on giving psychopathic traits, but also i think they wear off aftter the effects of the drug have passed.

but rather meth , crack, pcp, angel dust, heroine, cocaine(not so much) , because of the alteration of the seratonin levels, leaving the seratonin production at low levels after use, and permanently damaging them sometimes from extreme levels of seratonin and melonin. usually leading to depression and other mental problems.

in conclusion any kind of alteration of the brain or unnatural manipulation of the brain in, excess, can lead to alteration of brain signal/chemical processing in the long run.

I believe it's got to do with your natural state at birth and environmental impacts also. the foods you eat, the friends you acquire or like to hang around with. What state, County, etc schooling. Television. Not to mention cigarettes and pharmaceuticals. It's not fair to mix that question with illegal "DRUGS".

I for one have done LSD/MDMA/psilocybin/THC and have no negative phyco active problems....
