Which of these are even legit? I wanted to make a homemade small scale to try out but dont really know where to get started.

If anyone could point me in the right direction would be awesome
Also would like to know how was your experience with such generators

No contraption will give you free energy. Simple thermodynamics.

I'll believe what has been empirically verified. No one has violated the conservation of mass-energy in any experiment, ever. All physics ever done relies on and/or is consistent with this fact. Add that to the long list of disproved perpetual motion machines, and I'm going to lend a higher credibility therefore to the laws of thermodynamics being true, and the people who say otherwise being tricksters.

Like Timmy said, there's no such thing as "free energy". It always comes from somewhere.

Unless you're talking about generators that people are giving away at no cost, that's something, but then they guzzle gasoline, so there's still a substantial price to pay.

windmills and river dams are one of the most comonly used.. they're coming up with a turbine that creates energy using the flow of the changing tides which is quite interesting. but imo theyre going to need alot of em to create as much as the windmills
this place close to where im from has 31+ of the biggest windmills available.. the energy created by those thing is amazing! just the tip of the blade is moving @ 300 m/s at normal speed!

There is more to solar and wind than meets the eye.
