Anybody know when the official release date is or what new features it will include?

That's cool, I'd be happy with any iPhone but the thing is if it's coming out really soon, why not just get that and be content for like 5 years +?

Iphone is a waste of money, usually plans on them cost $60/month
I got 3GS when it was really new, and am paying $62/month for 1gb of data/400 minutes of talking/unlimited messaging.
Plus all good things from Iphone are on Ipod touch anyway.

I wouldn't say it's a waste, most cheap plans are anywhere from $40-$60 these days...
