dictionary.com defines the word real as

Quote
reĀ·al adjective
1.true; not merely ostensible, nominal, or apparent: the real reason for an act.
2.existing or occurring as fact; actual rather than imaginary, ideal, or fictitious: a story taken from real life.
3.being an actual thing; having objective existence; not imaginary: The events you will see in the film are real and not just made up.
4.being actually such; not merely so-called: a real victory.
5.genuine; not counterfeit, artificial, or imitation; authentic: a real antique; a real diamond; real silk.

My question to you is: Are human thoughts and emotions "real"?

When a human thinks or feels something, neurons in their brain are firing and sending chemical signals to other parts of the brain. Are these things any less 'real' than other physical things, like a knife or a car?

I'd say yes, but I'd have to disagree with the second and third definition posted.

We accept the reality of the world with which we are presented.

They may not be real, but they are as 'real' as it will get.

People seem to agree the answer is yes.

So, if some humans think about God and they believe that God makes them feel things, does that mean God is as real as anything else?

are emotions and thoughts real? Only to the one feeling and perceiving them

are the signals that produce these things real? Most probably yes

is the world we live in real? What does it matter, it works as if it is real and that's all that matters

i don't understand how to make a comparison like "as real as"

how do i quantify the amount of "real" something possesses?

You will realize whether it is real or not at the moment of your death.
