dont worry, mostly everyones diet will take care of this well before smoking pot will

we don't even know what causes cancer ( we know a few potential causes but in general we still don't know why a cell decides to divide uncontrollably). how can we say something cures it?

you may say thc can aid in the treatment of specific eye cancers by reducing swelling of said cells, but it's not a cure as far as i know.

have u ever heard about anti-neoplaston therapy for cancer? pretty interesting stuff imo. cure rates are much higher with the therapy
