not too good with the science behind this so I will hold my opinion on this subject

add: couldnt watch video but 2 airports in florida chaged the orientation of their runways due to change of magnetic north. what the hell?

Planes fly by using their equipment which tells them their heading based on Earth's magnetic field. Those airports in Florida label their runways by the compass (so if you're coming in from due west you know exactly which runway you're taking). Magnetic due-west was no longer lined up with the runway labeled Due West, so they changed it.

seems kinda retarded. there gonna have to re do it every year or so lol.

maybe in 50 years depending on how fast the pole shifts. the shift never seems to be at a constant speed.

I don't think much is really known about the actual pole shift process except the fact that it has happened many times before. It's currently shifting somewhere around 25 miles per year. If it keeps going at this rate the magnetic north pole will be at the equator in about 250 years. This is relatively fast and will probably cause some issues with navigation but its nothing we can't prepare for and adjust to.
