human teeth found in a layer of soil dated 400k years old, evolution has to be rewritten yet once again.

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20101227/ap_on_re_mi_ea/ml_israel_ancient_teeth

amazing how people see how mistaken they were about most things in evolution as they make new discoveries thru time.

the obviousness theyr not considering here is that those teeth were from someone that drowned in the great flood and not really someone that lived 410958 years ago.

the theory has always said man originated from africa, now it will be rewritten as to say man originated from israel.

no? one theory is that, iirc, homo habilis was the first of the human lineage to move out of africa. then from there, there is multiple theories on how and where homo sapiens eventually evolved.

/e the two most prominent theories is "out of africa" which you are talking about. the other is multiregional

please google multiregional origin

possibly the only thing wrong was saying homo habilis since im not 100% sure on which hominid was thought to leave 1.8 million years ago. then from there it depends on which theory you believe in.

and you seem surprised that people make a theory, find new data and then scrap the theory. thats what science is. evolution will not be rewritten, just modified seeing as they found new evidence.

/e also i should note that when you say man originated from Israel, i see it as the origin of the human lineage not as the origin of modern man. to me there is a difference

science constantly updates and refreshes it knowledge. That is somthing that mature and intelligent people do so they can better understand the world around them.

no they mean the origin of modern man is from israel
yes they said the theory will have to be rewritten from where it says the origins and this kinds throws off the timeline of evolution of man as well
well actually theories arent a part of science since they cant be "proven beyond reasonable doubt" but they are in the thoughts of the general scientist population.

You have reaffirmed my theory that you have no place in this subforum.
