Already tried some sprays but will still see one come in through the window after a few weeks.

They probably come through your rooft/attic more than windows or doors, My attic is full of all sorts of them lols

You should try closing the window. I know this is a crazy idea but it might help.

Windows are closed..
There seems to be small crevices the spider can come in from.
House and window are both old

eradicate their food supply. i have a brown recluse problem that i suppress by bug bombing (killing the silver fish they eat). now i see many less in my traps.

dont let it get too bad...

because it will eventually get inevitable to beat em all..i had the same thing with black widows at my old place..they just kept coming and coming..after awhile they was everywhere..but if you didnt mess with them..they didnt mess with you
