I saw this documentary on where if you sleep on your back(of course this doesnt happen 100% of the time) you get sleep paralyzation and hallucinate where this figure crawls up your bed and crap than sits on you or you hallucinate where you get abducted by alien

science tested and measure their brain wave and shit when they were sleeping and said they were in sleep paralysis mode when they can not move except for their eyes
have this ever happen to you guys this happen to my cousins many times but never to me which i hope never happens unless its a hot girl

You can say I'm trolling, but: Yes.
I won't go into detail of what I saw/heard/felt, and I wasn't on a "bed" I was on the floor where I usually sleep.
There wasn't a "ghost" or "figure" or anything of the sort, although there was audible noise(s).

and what study is that?

and when you talking about they being in sleep paralysis mode, they probably are just in rem sleep. the body deactivates voluntary muscles but increases involuntary ie eyes. this is also where most dreams occur as well

I used to suffer from sleep paralysis (infrequently) because of another sleep related condition. I've since received treatment and haven't had a sleep paralysis incident in years.
