I gotta say this is a terrible idea. They allready have tasers and they end up injuring or killing people. This money could of been used to make something to better mankind not make it worse. Fuck this shit.

And that wasnt a shockwave. It was more like a bunch of little tasers connected to make one big one and shoot out a bunch of metal wires. The area of effect wasnt even big, MAYBE it would hit 3-4 people MAYBE. lol this is so lame
