If we all supposedly evolved from something (apes). Then wouldn't apes still be having human babies?

Not if we evolved from a different sub species of sorts

There's not just one type of ape...

As it (we) evolved why would it continue to reproduce the inferior species?

common myth...we didn't evolve from apes -- apes and humans both evolved from a common ancestor.

that no one knows, but if you think about it logically, thats the only possible solution as to why humans and apes are so similar -- and yet why we are not evolving into apes or why apes are not evolving into humans (gradually of course)

Apes and humans fill different ecological niches and there are different pressures favoring different traits.
