depends on what you mean. since everything is composed of magnetically charged particles, they all exhibit magnetic forces. even a neutron can be made into a proton by emission of an electron. the only reason we dont observe every material as magnetic is because this force, unlike gravity, cancels itself out with + and - charges. so in a sense, every material exhibits magnetism as the fundamental electromagnetic force.
