Depends who you asking. Some people say that you are killing a human if you abort it. Others say it is your right if you choose to have an abortion, and you aren't really murdering anyone, so it is okay. It REALLY depends who you are asking :) .

if your going to give it birth, neglect it, give it the worst childhood possible and have it become a whore or gangbanger then have it die that way whats the difference?

no one asks to be born

i don't consider it a human being yet but a "human being to be" if that makes any sense lol

Before considering whether a fetus in the womb is indeed a human being, by all definitions of human life; we must ask two questions.

"Can the fetus survive outside of the body?"
"Does the fetus have rational, intelligent thought"

Neither of these questions pertains to a 4 week fetus, alas, it is not human life.

Brilliant post, absolutely brilliant. Defines exactly a sound criteria for identifying if a fetus is indeed a human being.

Question 1;
Can a 14 year old boy with raging hormones survive outside of the 'body'?

Question 2;
Does a 14 year old boy with raging hormones have rational, intelligent thought?

NO

On another note, I'm quite enjoying myself in these science forums..
