I am looking to start an elite gow3/ pre mw3 and Xbox live clan.
I ran an alpha mw2 clan for about 8 months before people started recruiting random
Kids and tried to run the clan.
Things I did to make the clan noticeable.

Rewards for top winners in clan.
Rewards for any outstanding clan members.
Meaning that I gave rewards to clan members that I
Noticed help other members.
Great reputation with members and online Xbox players.
Excellent manners with all members.
I'm not looking for hooligans but I don't want just serious gamers. Don't hate the players, the game, the controller.
It fuels your downfall to loss.
