Some people at the MLG forums are trying to get a tournament going on for Gears of War, there will be a Gears 2 tourney up after this one if it goes successfully, there was a vote on which to do first, and something like 30-40 people voted Gears 1, and 17-25 voted Gears 2, but all will be playing in the tourney (hopefully) there's no prize or anything, just to kind of get the competitive community back on its feet and have some fun competitive gears play. If anyone is interested, let me know, the first tourney is 1 and second will be 2 if the turnout is good. Not quite sure how many teams have signed up, but it's only been in the making for a week or so, and the first thread put up advertising it had like 60 people interested & alot of them were going to get others/friends and what not. So hoping it's got a decent turnout.
