It doesn't surprise me one bit that I log into Jsp and find a rant about GoW2 that isnt even out for a weekend. (And also the author)

I played nearly all of Campaign and alot of Horde/Warzone and I thoroughly enjoy the game.

And unlike the other guy. Here is why I like the game.

Awesome graphics - Everything from the background mountains to the fog to the details of the cities above and below ground to the animation of the players and textures.

Cover system - I don't know about you but I tend to get stuck/cover on alot less things when that was the last thing I wanted to do.

New guns - I love the new guns, its all about power. The mortar/mulcher and even the flamethrower are fun as hell.

In-your-face action - I won't give out spoilers about campaign. But there are alot of holy shit get out the fucking mulcher before my ass gets handed to me moments.

I don't know these are a few things I came up with before work.

I enjoy the game. Yes just as every game there are things to be tweaked, sorted and reviewed but thats what the Updates are for.

Anyone else at least enjoy this game for opening weekend? Or just all self-minded morons here at jsp?

i love eery bit of it, i like what they did wit the shotgun, because the old one was fast, and now you have to make sure your shots are right on the targ insted of just shooting away like in gow1, also the grenades are better, u can stick to a wall, umm is more strategy now then just running in their and shooting everything you see, its more slower which is better, you can get a shield, gatlin gun.......i already beat story mode, was fun as hell, and their is most likely gonna be a gears of war 3, cause of the end of the credits one u beat it...im not gonna spoil it

I'm not gunna lie I like the campaign but it takes forever to find a game online.

vouch but it takes away host shotgun and host lancer, also new maps are fun
