I just recently bought an xbox360 elite and halo3, but I am looking for another game to try.

Is gow worth it to get now or should I just keep playing halo3 for a while until GoW2 comes out?

And are there any other must have titles on the xbox360?

Cod5 will be sweet and so will GOW2 I would wait but if you just can't try to borrow the games off friends so you don't have to waste your money althought the games are not that expensive now.

Just wait for Gears of War 2. No point in buying the first since it comes out Nov 7th.

Gears part 1 is classic. Very much worth it 2nd hand (used). Will not deminish your collection at all.

Hmm If u can get it 4 cheap, that would be good,. Youi would get used to controls and its a fucking good game.But you can wait too

Well I decided to wait and pre-ordered fable 2, and gears 2 last night.

If you havent played the first gears. You should definitely go get it. Like someone mentioned, you'll be used to the controls and you will know whats happening in the story

Why not rent the first gears for a couple of weeks get used to that then buy the 2nd one if you like the first one a lot. Don't get discouraged when you start playing the first one though, like others have mentioned the controls are a little tricky to get used to.

personaly id beat gears 1 b4 getting gear2. but buying gears 1 is proly more then likly a waste, considering it gets uber boring.
Go rent it for a week.
