I wasn't sure what you meant by Paystubs. so I decided I'd make my own answer

and I asked if you were a Microsoft Expert I meant because Microsoft Experts get all games/beta a few days early.

exactly, you need to submit a paystub in order to be verified to get the code for the GoW3 beta

You need verification of a check or something of prize winnings from competition, to be valid for 'freinds & family' code from the devs or whatever for early beta.
