ALOT of people still play I find matches in about 30 seconds?

yes still very quick alot orf people started to play because of gears 3 annouce

+ chainsawing is the gayest way to kill if you have any skill at all you'd snipe/ shotty
no 2piece or any of that shit just plain out shotty or snipe way

no if your a good player you won't get chainsawed, the people that tend to get chainsawed are the morons that think they are god with the shotgun and end up wall bouncing into it.

Sniper in Gears 2 is no longer a power weapon, I can rush a sniper with no fear of getting headshotted just because the sniper is extremely inconsistent unless its being hardscoped
