Thats because they have a shitload of glitches that can be fixed but they havent done so yet.
Secondly, they can get a better server for each game like Halo 3 than some garbage cheap ass server.
Halo 3 was planning to move onto its own server where each game is its own server, but it was too much money and most since Halo ODST and Halo wars are coming out, they will probably end up losing profit on buying their own server when many people will move forward to those 2 other games.

gears2 needs a better server, need to make it where smoke grenades dont knock you down, and get rid of the 104389009409834 glitches

Idk wtf some of you are saying tht the shotgun does not "1-shot" anymore. The shotgun has been made extremly slower but extremly stronger and you must not be aiming good to not kill someone. Since the patch, the shotgun has been better.

STRONGER???? LOL... LOL...yes, stronger at long range, u can now do some damage from ridiculous distances with shotty, but no where near stronger dmg at point blank range, it does 1 shot most of the times, resulting in u getting bashed/chainsawed because thats all people can do, ohh and btw i prolly aim better than u, ive played gears 1 since release, ive been doing sniper battles ALOT and it is much easier to aim in gears 2, considering characters move like half the speed they would in gears 1

its nerfed a fuckload...its not stronger at all it just has longer range.

i very much so agree that they should go back to gears 1 for almost everything! i thought the online was much more competitive! but i like the fact that the story mode actually took more then 5 hours to beat
