No. Hb can reload in half a second and is already extremely powerful in the right hands.

but an unactive hb can down get a kill and have like 3 shots left while other starting rifles can do 2-3

Snub needs to have fire speed cap taken off

it needs anything cuz it blows cock....it doesnt need to be good but when you have the leader you should atleast have a chance to protect yourself

if the hammerburst had extended mags, i would be unstoppable

HB doesn't need extended mags, it's prefect the way it is. Hit all of your shots, and you've got plenty of ammo left to finish in the clip. HB has the best stopping power and fire rate for long range, especially if they're running at you, or in a straight line, very easy to get downs & kills. Will be a great weapon for execution, as will the lancer. What the lancer lacks in firepower, it makes up for with the huge clip, so it's pretty balanced.

But yea, snub definitely needs the rate of fire cap disabled.

if you hit all your shots you cn get one kill

and snub doesnt need it disabled it just needs an increase
