and it hasnt even been announced >_>

there is no competition between an overplayed first person and an underrated third person

not to mention project natal will be out during the holidays. thatll have too much attention on it so gears would fail around then

No matter what i am deffinetly buying that game... Hands down GoW is the best shooter ive ever played and the most unique

gow isnt underrated

and halo is a sure value, its pretty much the best pick a for a non realistic fps and it has a huge community which makes u find matches fast
also, bungie seem MUCH better at making glitch free games, and the ones that there are arent game-breaking

gow could probably be the best shooter for online multiplayer but meh i doubt itll happen...

Yeah, but I would wait the extra 10 seconds to join a match that I'm actually going to have fun playing.

Cliffy B, i believe it was, stated that when there is going to be a gears of war 3 it will be on the next generation of xbox consoles, it will nto be for the 360. They are developing unreal engine 4 and it won't be able to work to its full potential on teh 360 so they are waiting til the next gen for it to be released.

I heard this, and then I heard he misworded it and meant that unreal engine 4 would not be released until next gen, but gears 3 was up in the air, since it will probably be a couple years before new consoles surface.

Really? Would be nice to see the third game come out before the next gens =\. NExt gen is going to be far away. And gears 2 is pushing 2 years now and it already feels liek it has been forever. It didn't keep me interested as long sa gear 1 did. Gears 1>2 still imho.
