there is no way of safely doing trades if fg is involved. The FW community is not big enough to warrant mediators, so unless you're trading using the in-game trade window its all down to trust.

If you're asking how the trading system on FW works then yes. Its either the standard trade window or people set up vendors (they purchase or sell items at a preset cost). If you're checking out the vendor shops be careful to double check the price as some people try to rip you off. For example, if the going price for item X is 1g50s, they might try to buy it for 1g50c. If you're not careful you'll most likely overlook this.
