Which have decent population, and arent wrecked by packs and such?

It could be a private server too(unless it isnt full of unbalanced custom crap), i just want to play on a server without packs, and preferably no hyper/new FC/FW.

you're asking if their are any servers that don't have half the items a but do contain half the fun?? My answer to that is is in 2 parts, posed as questions.
1.Why the hell would someone make a server that has half as much shit and still expect people to play it,
and
2.Why would anyone play something that boring since vital aspects of th game are gone.......

not having packs, hypers, new FC/FW, new lunar/CV ahs nothing to do with that.

Packs offer no fun, they just load the game with endgame gear without farming.

Hypers are no fun either, as they make people level way too fast. But i could still live with em.

New FC/FW offers better exp than grinding(except for BMs/WRs) in an INSTANCE. That kills world map pvp, and fights for grind spots which used to be one of the most fun aspects of the game. 40-80 people fighting for fishes sometimes? ~10 at third map? etc

new lunar makes getting CV gear too easy, while costing coins, but icould live with this one too.


those arent vital aspects of the game, and even before they came out tons of peole have palyed.
