got this email today and i can no longer log into my account.

i emailed them back but it looks grim

thats why you never ever say that its a fg/coin trade in the chat ^^

you will get your account back as in one week if you were closed for this I contacted them about it and they said 1 week ban

write a support ticket and say that you traded vs items outside the game and didnt know thats not allowed.
they will reopen your account in a timeframe between 3 and 14 days.
use their ticketsystem for this.
