1. Is Pwi completely free for the full game?

2. Is this game more similar to WoW, Diablo 2, or flyff?

Any other tips you can give me about the game would be great :).

Depend which game you wana start.
Perfect World = Similiar to Wow
Battle of Immortals = Similiar to D2 (game is very addicted for Real Cash $$)
Forsaken World = Similiar to Wow
heroes of three kingdoms = Thrash
Ether Saga = didnt tryed
Just watch in youtube trailers for each game.

Does anyone know the maximum level you can get to?

Lvl Cap is at 105 currently in the PWI version.
