i can do lvlin job from 1 to 100 lvl in less than one week, and only in Lost City server, but you cant afford it ;]

to get from 1 to 100 in 1 week(even if it was possible and i have doubts) would cost thousands of dollars lol

and to reply yes theoretically somebody could log onto that account and lvl the character. you cant really be "rushed" like on D2.

best bet is buy oracles until your lvl is 78+ then run FC with hyper stones. i am assuming oracles and hyper stones easy to get but not sure as i dont play anymore

oracles arent the best way to lvl for sure, the best way to lvl up are frost runs with just one 102 interval bm (with sin buf ofc) that can do full frost run in less than 30 min by him self,
its pretty easy if you know how to do it, and leecher is just following him with 12x hyper time activated for full run, in that way you can lvl up to 100 lvl in like 5 days playing 3-4 hours a day
