oh ok, i see people are always trading "mil" here, do i get gold with using mil?

Well for example I have 19,7mil, which means I have 19,7 Millions of the ingame coins.

With the ingame money you can buy gold from broker (gold = "zen" )

Or you can buy "zen" with real money from the game homepage.
