I'm thinking of starting PW, but I don't know if there are much differences between servers.
Are there any? Can anyone list me approx. ratios?
I'd really appreciate some starting help!

Well, I just started as well. But I've noticed that Harshlands is the only PvP server...so the coin to fg ratio on that server is bound to be more costly.

Meaning coins bring in more fg, or coins cost more fg?

I'm pretty sure Lost City is PVP as well. From what I've seen 500fg will get you 500k coins there.
