how diverse can each class get?

i've played 2moons, Granada Espada, Cabal, Guildwars and countless of other rpgs and i'm getting mixed reviews on PW

so my question is, how many directions can one class go? In 2moons and cabals, everyone had the same build and everyone had the same skills and it was a matter of item and levels. I dont want to play a game where everyone goes one direction because its the most dominating way to build a class and that one build will beat its own class if that class chooses to use a different build.

I want a game where classes can go multiple builds, kinda like why diablo 2 was really popular, you could have an assassin and go trap, ww, kicker, etc. Kinda also like guildwars where one class can have numerous amount of builds.

So be honest, how straight foward is this game?

Here how far each class can go (not all the possibilites ofc):

I dont know the names the put in each but heres a sample:

WF-> Mage/Hibrid/Heavy
MG->Full/Hibrid
WR->Sword/Dual/Fist/Axes and Dext build/Str build/Hibrid
WB->Full Tanker (dont remeber other names)
EP->Cirtical/Supporter
EA->Cirtical

U also have 4 atributes to choose, so some will choose to go for STR and HP other to DEX (for + critical) and so on the same for equipment, u can go for Normal, Rare, Molder, HH. Gold HH (some with similar defense but not the same stats).

In late game u can go Hell or Heaven. What u choose will make a BIG difrence in what ur skills will do.

In my guild theres like 50 active ppl and i dont see many = builds.

Yeah thats only like on the Malaysia-English servers which totally blow ass.


You should go play on Perfect world international. Way better than the MY-EN servers

LOL@ crit build bein only archer build...my old archer was hp/crit build lvl 76 with 4k hp and 20% crit with almost 6k max p dmg....owned almost every1 before i quit playing
