very good game and highest lvl u can reach is lvl 130 i think

there no level cap , but highest in Heavens Tear is 90, but im sure its higher as there are weapons for 131.

my - en is on patch version 21 and the maxmium level atm is 105

Good, sure, for a average free mmo,

Perfect world is a clone rip-off of Fiesta online but I'd have to admit wayyyyyy better!!
I haven't actually played it yet, but have been watching my brother play.
I never got past the character creation, it's so huge I couldn't make up my mind at the time.
