I really want to make an assassin. They look great. But I don't want to join a server filled with random pkers when I'm only lvl 1.

uh... you cant get pked when your lvl 1...

you become pkable when you hit lvl 30.

I recently discovered that Perfect World became Carebear World.
You can get banned for killing someone while they are doing a quest.

Killed the game. Maybe the old servers are still 9+.

I was referring to me having to start at level 1 while they are level 80+ and ready to pk.
Of course the pk level is 30... but that had nothing to do with my point.
