u see, the prices are different between pvp and pvm servers:

in pvm servers, people can just grind for coins quickly and sell for fgs.

however in pvp servers, if u grind at mid/low lvl, u will get pked constantly,
and the higher lvl grinders wont sell their coins for fgs, because they actually play the game. (well, unless they quit)
