is perfect world hihg end requirements? because my good comp got fried and i want to play a low - end graphics game that wont lag as bad is pw one of those?

heres wut i have:

Mobile Intel(R) 945GM/GU Express Chipset Family

and i run the game fairly well, (not the best ofc) also do note that its probably 1 of the worst graphic cards out there
