Hi guys, got a few questions, appreciate the help:

1/ what stats should i look for in rare javelins, 40ias sure but if i compare +4skill/5skill vs +2skill and say 300ed , whats better? Will look for self replenish. Is mana leech useful ?
Do i want the normal excep or elite version? If its with ed and/or phoenix. Is the phys damage worth the extra req?

2/ how to sustain mana while teleporting around the tz - i thought of using phoenix but obv fcr will be lacking.
