You would need -res on gear and sunder charm.

use a stormshield. up your titans. use a fort if you can no need to tele in cows. better gear for merc.

Get sunder, get t-strokes and they are at 80LR. Ez

it's not a complex problem. the cow king does too much damage and he doesn't do enough. the cheapest and probably best solution is switch to a stormshield when you fight the cow king.
