What is better for mf cold Sorc:

1.) CoH/Arach/maras

2.) tals armor/belt/ammy

Using death fathom and Shako

depends on what you're aiming for. mf? p8 clear speed?

either way, coh is an awful armor. use 3 piece tal for a budget mf boost, use viper if you need the fcr, use eni if you don't need the fcr and have the budget for it

For mf? If you have the wealth to use a high rune on coh, get an enigma.
