whats a good amount of end game atk rating to achieve for ww barb

no such thing as too much. 7k for pvm 15 for pvp

7k is good ? i only have a75% chance to hit baal p1 hell seems to take a bit to kill him still but i just got some good gcs im up to 9.4k atk rating

Have in mind that baal have a high chance to block your attacks (i think it's 50%)

then 7k ar gives a 68% chance to hit whereas 9.4k gives 74%
if you can go for higher ar without sacrificing effective dmg, go for it
