just found a 15ed 3os wyrm on new ladder, total def 541

after searching up the best is 470, 15% on that is 540.5

correct i have found fully perf?

A non-upped item with ed has maximum def +1

471*1.15 = 541

All bases with 15 ed are perfects because of that.
