going to run telesmite for pvp this ladder, curious on what gear to run..

full pcomb lifers for inventory?

spirit ST or phoenix ST?

ber shako or COA?

I understand you use certain items for certain matchups but trying to get a telesmite vs all type of build to start the ladder.

which fcr bp to go for? (if using phoenix should you even go for 75?)

I cant seem to find an updated guide on telesmite, the ones from 15 years ago use bugged items and dont take into account d2r bullshit changes.

PS: we need the strategy stickies updated imo

which skills do you max? smite, holy shield, fanat, 1pt foh, 1pt charge?, rest into resists?

Genenrally 17 foh / 17 holy shock / 1 conviction

Max holy shield, smite, fanaticism

That’s assuming you in high 90s level



If you want pure smite, then you can use the extra 30-35 points you have spread out between:
Charge < more charge damage is nice and scales well with grief
Lite / fire / cold resist for the passive bonus of +1 max resist for every 2 hard point

9 pcombs or cube
Phoenix 45 res
Use trangs/Arach/3os Ber ber ber diadem for fcr, you’ll want 50 minimum
Dungo/ 10 ow 30 cr belt to kill mana shield
Ber ber coa
20 all res ammy
Atmas ammy cause Nike
Tri res boots swap with wws
Open wounds is nice with gores/ dracs
10 Cb is a minimum requirement when dueling smiters

Most noobs run a Phoenix and a oak sage “it what they have to use to even come close to surviving”

So wisp/ and that other oak ring

You have 5% sorb already so aim for 3k foh minimum

And 10 fcr ammys work fine with a spirit, usually you want one with 40 cr

Interesting, I feel like I have never seen a smiter with a circlet/diadem on. Granted this is only pug games.

yea i have looked at all the older guides many times throughout the years.

just wanted to see if there were any updates for the recent d2r changes
