I know there a lot of post like this but i cant find exact data about that
I want to mention i have no clue about assasins, i have never had one.

So which base is the best for mosaic and why?
Which one is more important: the claw damage ( so i need to buy elite base? ) or +skills on it?
How do you calculate with ias? Bp and stuff like that...

Help me out please and give me any advice about this mosaic build

Best base is one with +skills

Elite base only if your finisher is DClaw
But DTalon/DTail is better than DClaw (they hit faster)

Basically any +skill base is the same if you use kicking finisher
The difference between Talon-type claw or slower claw only affects how fast you execute finisher (very minor), not how many attacks you land with NHD (like CoT/PS)

Calculate ias/bp/stuff like that by using Maxroll
