It's a brand new Meta and season with mosaic, people are still figuring out stuff. Don't invest too much, don't believe blindly everyone who comes up with the clear path how to properly build it, imho it's to early still.

What is your current situation, you asking for selffound leveling without Mosaic? Or what do you have in mind? Ubers? TZ farming?
