Not sure if going trang 3 set, enigma or bramble, sunder needed? etc

what's different about a posion necro?

Nothing.

So it's still Dweb + Enigma + infinty. Sunder is nice especially if you get some more facets. 75 FCR works, 125 FCR requires an expensive ammy and circlet. Get enough IAS on your merc for CB.

Max poison, get enough CE, 1 in lower resist. Rest can go into skeletons for some more meat shields.
