As a temp i would like to go with plague merc but never did one, after googling it still have few questions:

1. Frenzy (2x 1h wep) or 2h non frenzy merc. There is argument that the frenzy one has iron skin so lr is triggered less often.

If frenzy (2x1h):
I go arreat + treachery but:
-should I go double plague or plague + sth.
-if one plague, what should be second wepon? Eth headstriker? I hate sanctuary aura so nn lawbringer, on java i do not need static from cmoon. Anything else?

ACt 3 merc with medusa's gaze and lots of damage reduce, all resist and hit point boost gear, but low armor. You want him to get hit so the lower resist on the shield triggers all the time.

Double plague for double efficacity

Its not doubling chance, thats not how the maths work.

It does when it's the exact skill level and same % chance to cast. So it would be 40% when he gets hit.
