Questions about razor bow base ( or any bases same) for runewords

A. Razor bow baze - exceptional base lv 33

B. Blade bow baze - elite base same bow lv 60


And questions:

are there any recipes , where razor bow rerolled to blade bow
Exceptional to Elite ?

And, are there any recipes, when reroll add affixes to base + 5%-15% ED?

Or affixes only need to farm?

Bases for runewords with Enhanced damage affix bought from merchants in the game?

you cant upgrade normal/magical items, only rares and uniques (in D2R: sets as well)

Question with + affixes after rerolling, bro

if your rerolling a magic item for new magic prefix/suffix, you can not reroll the base. base will remain as is.

if you want to up a base, its must be rare/set/unique as mentioned above. the stats will stay the same but the base will be upped and the base itself is also rerolled (ie varying defense for something like vmagi as example)

not sure what your confused about....

in your very own post, #5, it says "normal quality weapon of the same type"


and superior runeword bases are typically found from monster drops, not vendors. i dont think vendors can sell white superior items.
