Depends on other gear. If you have good resists, use hustle. If you have bad resists, use treachery and prebuff fade.
But the problem with javazon/ranged characters and treachery is that you typically don't take many hits, so you have to spend time in the fire pylons getting fade activated all the time. So i don't like it for that reason. I think hustle sounds better.
