I am building a nova sorc and wondering about fhr bp.
I already get 20 fhr from stuff, but should i pick some fhr in my invent ?
See some builds with only 20 and other with 40+

you don't need any fhr at all. 0 is functionally the same as 86 on a pvm es sorc

Ty but in case of mana burn it can be useful to have some fhr no ?
