Well i think either Matriarchal Pike or Spear, Pike have bit more avg Dmg, while Spear is bit faster.

i aint sure if base type effect impale speed even? aint sure how impale works it doesnt have same speed no matter your ias etc?

impale does consider total attack speed. so the same rule as always applies: look how much ias you can provide with your gear and then go for the highest dmg weapon that reaches a good bp
