That's one option I was considering, only hold back is that I currently have 0 cb and this is my first offline character so not a lot of gear. Are you thinking hammers won't get the job done?

Hit him once with prevent monster heal (has to be you not work) and you can kill him with throw pots if you so choose.

I think 5k hammers should do it no problem, at least if you can tank him well enough. He has 50% magic resist, but they hit like 2-3 times a second or somthing so that should be fast enough.

Standard 14k hammerdin needs dozen or so seconds to kill clone (don't remember correctly). 5k should handle it without any monkey business.
